I want to improve my consistency. I have big goals, but I struggle to take the small steps to get there—this section will be a way for me to document my daily habits to get to these goals.

My current overall goals are to...

  • Earn an A on my Microbiology exam
  • Earn an A on my Physics Exam
  • Earn an A on my Genetics Exam
  • Lose 5-10 pounds
  • Finish applications.

My plan to achieve them are to...

  • Study each subject consistently, and practice active recall during each study session to ensure I know the material. I'll hold myself accountable here.
    • I think I'm burning out. But I need to lock in. For some reason, I'm dreading the idea of sitting down and going through material. But I just gotta do it.
  • Eat in a calorie deficit, and count my calories here.
    • I think my problem here is that I get lazy counting. So my main goal right now is just to be consistent counting, so I can have an idea of where I am right now. Then, I'll take action.
  • Sit down at a cafe to finish writing essays for my applications.
    • I've been feeling really overwhelmed about this for what ever reason. I only have two left, but they're the hardest ones.
